60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident ordering from ODDHAND. You may request a return within 60 calendar days after your order is delivered. If your return is approved and received in accordance with this policy, we will refund the eligible purchase price to your original payment method.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our 60-day guarantee, the item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, without intentional damage, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Each ODDHAND piece is made individually from natural walnut, resin, and hand-finished miniature elements. Small differences in wood grain, colour, texture, resin movement, and hand-painted details are normal characteristics of handmade work and are not defects. This does not limit your 60-day money-back guarantee or your statutory rights.

Items returned without first contacting us may be delayed while we identify the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly at support@oddhand.shop if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Exceptions

Gift cards cannot be returned. Personalised or made-to-order items may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind right where applicable, but this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Please contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement design.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to cancel it before dispatch. If it has already shipped, you may use the return process above.

UK and European withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to cancel an eligible distance purchase by notifying us within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods. You must send the goods back within 14 calendar days after telling us that you wish to cancel. Our 60-day guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or acceptable proof of return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may deduct an amount for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If you have not received a refund after the applicable period, contact support@oddhand.shop.
