These Terms of Service govern your use of the ODDHAND website and any purchase you make from us. The store is operated by GLADEMAR LTD (“ODDHAND”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), company number 16855719, registered in England and Wales at 1e Mentmore Terrace, London, England, E8 3DQ, United Kingdom.

By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

1. Online store and eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, payment, billing, shipping, and contact information.

2. Products and handmade variation

We take reasonable care to display product colours, materials, dimensions, and details accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Each ODDHAND piece is handmade using natural wood, resin, and individually finished details, so grain, texture, colour, resin movement, and small details may vary from photographs or between pieces. These normal variations are part of the artwork and are not manufacturing defects.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, ODDHAND pieces are collectible decorative display artworks and are not sold as food-preparation cutting boards, toys, or children’s products. Please follow any care and safety instructions supplied with the product.

3. Availability, pricing, and payment

Products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, discounts, and the final order total are shown at checkout where available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout.

We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and may reject or cancel an order where there is suspected fraud, misuse, an unavailable product, a technical error, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

4. Orders and contract formation

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Please review all order details before completing checkout.

5. Shipping

Processing, tracking, delivery estimates, customs information, and delivery-problem procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

6. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy includes a 60-day money-back guarantee. It also explains eligibility, return shipping, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, and statutory withdrawal rights. The policy forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; transmit malware; scrape or interfere with the website; attempt unauthorized access; or submit false or misleading information. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or third parties.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, ODDHAND branding, product designs, original artwork, photographs, graphics, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to GLADEMAR LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

9. Third-party tools and links

The website may use Shopify and other third-party services or contain links to third-party websites. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control, but this does not limit our responsibility for the products we sell or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information to provide the ecommerce platform and related services.

11. Reviews and submissions

If you send us feedback, reviews, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is not unlawful or misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and promoting ODDHAND, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You retain ownership of your content.

12. Disclaimers and liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses reasonably incurred because of your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms.

14. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

15. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the website for a material breach of these terms or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

16. Governing law

These terms and purchases from ODDHAND are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory protections available in the country where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.

17. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated effective date. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights already attached to an accepted order.
